ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Medical Device Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to medical device users and deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and ensure accurate record-keeping/data entry in our SAP system.

You will collaborate with internal teams, handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, and play a key part in maintaining data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to medical device users to confirm details, provide assistance, and update records in SAP and customer databases.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Accurately enter and update customer information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Sensitive Customer Support: Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, especially when supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Data Enhancement: Collect and input additional data to enhance our systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations at all times.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone manners.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (highly regarded).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Empathy and patience when interacting with customers in challenging situations.
