Job summary

Repco is seeking a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) to help customers in person, over the phone and online. The role involves assisting with parts and service needs, maintaining showroom standards, processing stock, and occasional deliveries.

A flexible availability and a current driver’s licence are preferred. Experience in automotive retail or knowledge is helpful, but training and career development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering genuine customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and maintain showroom standards.
• Willingness to assist customers with parts, service needs and basic driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers.
• Keep showroom presentation and merchandising standards to a high level.
• Process stock: receive, dispatch & store; assist in stock management.
• Support team with deliveries and ad hoc driving duties when required.
