BOQ Group in Coorparoo is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to welcome customers and understand their financial needs. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and a supportive team to deliver outstanding service in a busy banking environment.

You will engage customers in conversations, manage loan maintenance tasks, and identify opportunities for referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking. The role offers structured training and a clear pathway toward lending specialisation.
