AIA Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Communications to shape and lead the customer communications strategy across Life and Health Insurance. You will ensure interactions are clear, compliant, and customer-centric while driving engagement, retention and long-term value.

• Extensive experience in customer marketing and communications across enterprise programs.
• Ability to design multi-channel lifecycle communications and ongoing governance.
• Proven track record in data-driven personalised customer journeys.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of enterprise customer marketing strategies and assets.
• Define and govern communication standards, frameworks and best practices.
• Drive onboarding, renewals, claims and service communications to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with Retail, Product, Brand, Digital and IT teams to enable personalised experiences.
• Measure effectiveness using insights and test-and-learn methods, driving continuous improvement.
