Job summary

Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service. Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from stocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, to picking online orders and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave the store with their shopping.

You’ll greet customers, follow safety policies, help them find products, and keep shelves tidy to enable a fast, easy shopping journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
• Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards
• Help our customers by answering their questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
• Ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
• Shopping for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need
