Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Process transactions accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
• Actively promote the Round-Up program to customers.
• Keep the sales floor fresh and full through merchandising.
• Monitor fitting rooms and report theft to management or AP.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors.
• Support asset protection as needed.
• Follow 5S principles and safety guidelines.
