Job summary

Woolworths Group is hiring Team Members to be the friendly face customers see in-store, helping with stock, fresh fruit & veg displays, and online order picking. You’ll work throughout the store delivering great service and a positive shopping journey for thousands of customers each day.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to change and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge and thank customers.
• Follow store policies to keep safe and report hazards.
• Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products.
• Keep shelves stocked and tidy for a smooth shopping journey.
• Shop for online customers and ensure accurate orders.
