Job summary

Crown Equipment is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support our Sales Operations. You will handle customer enquiries via calls, email and other channels, and pass information to our Sales representatives to help win sales and rentals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and the ability to work under pressure. Prior experience is a plus, and you will contribute to telemarketing programs and deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via incoming calls, email and all further appropriate channels.
• Take sales and rentals enquiries nationally using the Crown database to highlight professionalism and develop rapport with customers.
• Conduct outbound calls to keep customers informed.
• Professionally sell Crown hand pallet trucks over the phone.
• Provide a positive experience for our customers.
• Help develop telemarketing programs for existing and potential customers that lead to increased qualified enquiries.
