Job summary

OTR in Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will help keep the store clean, well stocked and welcoming, handling inquiries and assisting with product information.

This fast-paced role requires multitasking, flexibility for late nights, early mornings and weekends, and the ability to work alone or with a team. Australian working rights and a police clearance are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team.
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials.
