The role
We are seeking two permanent part-time Customer Experience Officers to join our Leisure & Aquatics team, with each position working 19 hours per week.
In this role, you will provide a high-quality experience to all centre users in line with Council's organisational values and the Canterbury Bankstown Leisure & Aquatic Services Customer Service Charter.
You will support reception services, customer enquiries, transactions, bookings, kiosk operations and general customer service across the centre.

The full-time equivalent salary for this opportunity is $64,507 per annum, plus 12% superannuation. The salary for each position will be paid pro rata based on 19 hours per week.
