Job summary

Bunnings Group is hiring for team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our stores across Australia. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with morning, day and evening shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, ensuring our customers receive friendly and helpful service at every touchpoint.

You’ll help customers find products, share expert tips, manage stock, and operate checkout registers with a smile.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm.
• To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
• An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store.
• The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
• A current Australian Forklift Licence, and/or experience in warehousing and manual handling is an added bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with the best experience across the store.
• Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy.
