A leading parts supplier in Australia is seeking a Customer Development Manager to cultivate relationships and achieve sales targets. You will manage customer relationships, work closely with store managers, and drive safety in your territory. Ideal candidates are passionate about the automotive industry and have sales experience. The role offers ongoing training and an inclusive team environment.

Report to a Channel Manager, and work closely alongside Repco Store Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers. With a sales focus, they’re supported by an effective CRM system and best-in-class promotional activities.
Note this role will require lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving/machine operation.
