Job summary

NAB Hobart branches are seeking a Branch Customer Advisor for Glenorchy, Rosny Park, and Hobart. Part-time, 20–35 hours per week, with a focus on delivering a tailored customer experience and building lasting relationships.

No banking experience is required — full training provided. You will support customers with accounts, lending and transactions while promoting NAB’s Smarter Banking options for a simple and secure experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain banking options clearly.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers at NAB Hobart branches.
• Identify suitable NAB products and services for customers (accounts, lending, transactions).
• Promote Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, digital, and secure.

The Hours:

• Join our team on a Part Time basis
• 5 days per week
• 20 - 35 hours per week

• Support NAB’s Hobart branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
