Job summary

You will promote equity and high standards, work with families and agencies, and ensure compliance with relevant policies while managing people, finances and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of curriculum areas and whole-school programs to drive quality learning outcomes.
• Promote equity, inclusion and socially just practices ensuring opportunities for all students.
• Establish high expectations for student achievement and staff performance; support ongoing professional learning.
• Build partnerships with students, parents, staff, government agencies and community organisations to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and department policies and manage resources to meet school priorities.
