Your responsibilities

• effectively and positively engaging with children, families, carers, and service providers to support cultural needs and achieve case plan goals.
• delivering individualised, high-quality, and culturally appropriate casework support, child protection intervention and referrals.
• working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including families and Recognised Entities, to establish and strengthen effective safety and support networks, including connection to extended family, community, country, and culture.
• sharing your cultural advice, knowledge of communities, and awareness of culturally significant processes and events to strengthen workforce cultural capability
