Brisbane Catholic Education Office in Caboolture seeks a part-time School Officer (Cultural Liaison - Identified) to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, strengthen community connections, and promote culturally inclusive learning and wellbeing across the school. This 11‑hour-per-week role offers flexibility on days worked.

Provide essential financial support across tasks, ensuring smooth school operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leadership in managing financial matters.
• Proficiency in using software to process and maintain financial records and documents.
• Strong communication skills to handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Experience developing, maintaining and improving systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Providing a wide range of support to the school leadership team to effectively manage financial matters.
• Using various software applications to process and maintain accurate financial records, draft, update and format standard documents and input financial data.
• Responding to enquiries ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided in a timely manner, resolving concerns or issues and recording correspondence according to processes and procedures.
• Assisting in the development, maintenance and operations of systems and databases including recommending improvements.
• Assisting with the coordination of staff and student training.
