Job summary

GE HealthCare in Australia is seeking a CT Applications Specialist ANZ to deliver post-sale CT installation, training and on-site clinical support, including go-live assistance. You will provide technical and clinical support during the sales process and develop training materials to help customers maximize product use and value.

The role requires travel across ANZ, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant CT clinical/technical experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Australia.
• Ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and well-developed interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process of CT.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use
• Monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
• Manage clinical handover and complete installations check off with the customer
• Provide a plan for follow-up and additional installation training, as needed
• Collaborate with the broader AKA applications leaders in developing regionalised education programs
