THE ROLE

As a Wholesale Cruise Travel Consultant, you’ll work closely with travel agents to create and book unforgettable cruise holidays for their clients.

• Managing telephone and email enquiries from travel agents
• Selling domestic and international cruises across a range of cruise lines and destinations
• Booking flights, accommodation, touring and additional travel arrangements
• Creating complete cruise holiday packages
• Providing expert cruise and destination advice
• Upselling additional products and services to maximise every booking
• Working towards sales, revenue and service KPIs
• Building strong relationships with travel agent partners
• Delivering exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to booking

• Previous wholesale or retail travel consulting experience
• Exceptional cruise product and destination knowledge
• Strong GDS skills – Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Confidence in upselling and maximising revenue opportunities
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time management
