Job summary

Trianon Law is a boutique criminal law firm located on Cotton Tree Esplanade, Maroochydore. We handle traffic offences and serious criminal matters before the Magistrates and Superior Courts, and we seek an experienced criminal lawyer to join our team.

The role involves managing files, advising clients, drafting submissions, and appearing in court with support from a collaborative team. A minimum of 2 years PAE and a proactive, independent approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PAE in criminal law.
• Experience in criminal law practice and court proceedings.
• Experience running own files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong advocacy, drafting and legal research skills.
• Have a high level of initiative and a pro‑active approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to build business and client relationships.

This is a Criminal Lawyer position in a friendly and well-established boutique firm located on Cotton Tree Esplanade, Maroochydore. The main areas of their criminal practice are traffic offences and serious criminal matters before the Magistrates Court and Superior Courts.
