Job description

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's!

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic people who are ready to learn new skills as part of a fun, collaborative team.

What's great about working at Hungry Jack's?

We offer:

• On-the-job training to get you up to speed.
• Competitive wages and entitlements.
• A variety of flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
• Personal learning and development opportunities for you to develop your skills.
• Amazing staff discounts through our benefits platform, Jackpot.
• Opportunities to complete nationally accredited qualifications in retail.

And that's just the start! Many of our crew members are now in management or support positions after starting their career in one of our restaurants.

This role involves serving guests, either face to face or by preparing the 'Better Burgers' that we are known and loved for!

We will teach you everything that you need to know - you just need to be hungry to learn and have fun.

At Hungry Jack's, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued.

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the Burgers are Better when we all belong.

Give Back

At Hungry Jack's we don't just want to make our customers happy. We also want to give something back to the community that supports us. So be a part of something bigger, like make-a-wish, sports and community event sponsorships and volunteering.

Flexibility

With over 420+ restaurants in Australia, chances are you're not far from a Hungry Jack's in Australia. And the hours we offer range from casual, part-time or full-time, varying from early morning to late at night. So you can balance it with sports, and school commitments - and a hectic social life, of course!

Be Rewarded

Hungry Jack's staff perks include staff food discounts, service recognition, access to employee assistance programs and heaps of workplace flexibility.
