Job summary

Grill’d Cairns is seeking energetic Team Members to engage guests, stack orders, and keep the dining area vibrant and welcoming. You’ll join a fun, fast-paced team delivering fresh burgers across Cairns Central & Cairns Esplanade locations.

Training is provided, with chances to grow, plus a culture that values community, sustainability, and good vibes. Availability across weekdays, weeknights, and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• No previous hospitality experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stay upbeat and friendly in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork to help guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with orders and service at the counter or floor.
• Prepare burgers and chips to Grill’d standards and fun branding.
• Keep dining area clean, restocked, and compliant with safety rules.
