Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is hiring crew in Perth to deliver authentic Mexican flavors with a focus on guest experience. You will take orders, craft burritos, restock fridges, and help with basic food prep while thriving as part of a dynamic team.

This role offers flexible rosters, free uniforms, meals and coffee with every shift, plus comprehensive training and opportunities to advance, including leadership roles and potential franchise pathways.

Qualifications

• RSA an advantage, reasonably local to CBD (<10km)
• Friendly, team player with good communication

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and input into POS
• Craft burritos and assemble food items
• Restock fridges and maintain prep station cleanliness
• Assist in basic food preparation and cooking as needed
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
