Adbri is seeking a Credit Controller to join the Stapylton, QLD-based Credit team. The role focuses on protecting and maximising revenue through efficient collections, maintaining credit policy, and managing debtors and credit risk across Australia.

You will report to the Business Partner Credit Manager and contribute to continuous improvement while building strong relationships across the business. This is ideal for a proactive credit professional in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Credit control experience in a high-volume collections role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent debtor management and reconciliation skills.
• An effective ability to drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end collection/credit process.
• Understanding of collection regulations and the PPSA.
• Ability to engage with teams across all levels of the organisation and with customers to achieve the required outcome.
• Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel essential, SAP experience an advantage.
• Excellent and effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

• Safeguard and optimise revenue inflow through efficient collections and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maximise collections and minimise risk.
• Support Credit Management by addressing credit issues and non-compliance with trading terms.
• Manage ongoing data maintenance including credit limit reviews and application compliance.
• Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on overdue accounts and cash flow forecasting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting process and procedure enhancements.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business interfaces and manage customer accounts.
