Great opportunity to join our Credit team. Fixed Term 12 months, Brisbane or Melbourne location.

GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Credit Administration Officer on a Fixed Term 7 months basis, to complement our talented team in our Brisbane Support Office.

Responsibilities
Administration Tasks
  • Managing the Credit Departments incoming emails – actioning and distribution as required
  • Providing copies of invoices & statements as requested to support the Credit Officers
  • Uploading invoices into online portals for large Industrial & Mining customers
  • Liaising with stores to resolve variations/discrepancies regarding Purchase Orders & Pricing
  • Providing administration support to the rest of the team as required
  • Assisting with Banking and Payment allocations
Customer Service
  • Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store network
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve queries
  • Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues
  • Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service
