Engineers Australia is seeking a Senior Credential Program Lead to develop and manage credentialing frameworks, policies and programs. You will operate at the intersection of professional standards, policy and product development, shaping credential offerings for engineers across the profession.

Engineers Australia Credentials are professional recognistions that validate the qualifications, skills and competency of engineering professionals against national (and often international) standards. This role is responsible for leading the development, enhancement and ongoing management of credential-related products and frameworks, including the Program Endorsement Framework, Areas of Practice, and Capability Framework. Working at the intersection of professional standards, policy and product development, the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in shaping credential frameworks, reviewing and improving standards and models, and collaborating across the organisation to provide subject matter expertise that supports Engineers Australia's credentialing and professional development offerings. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, with flexibility to consider a 0.8 FTE arrangement for the right candidate.
