Job summary

Next Gen Club Canberra is seeking a highly motivated casual Crèche & Kids Activity Attendant to provide safe, engaging care for children from 3 months to 12 years in a friendly, vibrant environment. This role offers flexible hours, including school holidays, with opportunities to participate in the School Holiday Active Program and to work across Kids Clubs, Sports Clubs and birthday celebrations.

Experience in childcare and a passion for excellent customer service are valued, along with WWCC,

Qualifications

• WWCC (Working With Children Check) is required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Anaphylaxis training/certificate is desirable.
• Experience in a similar childcare role is preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
• Experience working with children aged 3 months to 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best possible standards of care for children.
• Ensure the environment is safe and secure, with child-focused care.
• Deliver childcare while meeting parents’ needs and providing high levels of customer service.
• Assist with delivering engaging school holiday activities and programs for children up to 12 years.
