Salary : Base salary of $48045 per annum (which is Full Time Equivalent to $80074 per annum) plus 12% Superannuation Contributions

Your New Role

We are on the hunt for a Traffic Manager responsible for scheduling and allocating work to our dynamic highly skilled and multidisciplinary creative team efficiently and effectively across multiple campaigns to successfully deliver Sydney Opera House Campaigns and other business priorities.

The role is part of Creative Studio (Sydney Opera Houses in-house design and motion team). Creative Studio exist to champion and deliver engaging creative communications; and to present a unique and unified Sydney Opera House brand identity.

Youll have a keen eye for detail project management experience superior stakeholder management skills and innate love for systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and allocate creative work across campaigns.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and keep projects on time.
  • Maintain efficient processes and systems to support team performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years professional experience in a similar role and or industry.
  • Excellent project management skills with proven success working on a number of projects in a high paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of the creative process digital video and print process and a keen interest in all things creative.
  • Remaining calm under pressure proactive and can-do attitude with an ability to multitask and problem solve autonomously.
  • Good negotiator with good financial and business sense.
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience using project management software is very desirable.
