Job summary

Griffon ANZ is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver packaging, branding, and digital assets for a range of consumer brands.

Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, you’ll generate artwork for print and digital, maintain brand guidelines, and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns while meeting tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Graphic Design role, agency or in-house.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Experience creating packaging artwork, print materials and digital assets.
• Knowledge of print production processes, file preparation and pre-press requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with WordPress (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Designing packaging, point-of-sale materials, digital assets, product imagery and marketing collateral
• Creating and maintaining brand assets and visual brand guidelines
• Preparing artwork for print production and packaging execution
• Supporting website content and digital design projects
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to bring new product launches and campaigns to life
• Ensuring all creative outputs align with brand standards and project timelines
• Contributing innovative ideas and staying up to date with design trends and technologies
