Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior design/creative role within a design studio or brand studio.
• Experience delivering work for premium, design-led brands across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead designers; strong client-facing storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior creative leadership and establish a high standard for output across branding, campaigns, digital, social and content.
• Translate brand and business strategies into clear creative directions and design execution.
• Lead development from brief to concept and execution, balancing creativity with client objectives.
• Develop original concepts and ideas that respond to briefs and challenge conventions.
• Direct photography, video and content projects with strong art direction and narrative alignment.
• Mentor design talent, provide constructive feedback, and grow team capability.
• Present concepts to clients with confidence, articulating rationale and strategic thinking.
