Job summary

Clough Limited is hiring a Crane Operator to join Project Ceres in Karratha on a 14:7 roster. You will operate cranes across 15–100T and 60–80T lifts, plus >280T cranes. Full working rights in Australia are required.

The role is long-term with a major WA infrastructure project; Perth point of hire; competitive hourly rate, weekly incentive, PPE provided and opportunities for training and career development within a safety‑driven, wellbeing‑focus environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operator experience in a similar role.
• High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) required.
• Working at Heights training/awareness.
• Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or visa).

Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

About the role:

• Experience operating Franners and lifting 60 to 80T
• Experience operating crane from 15-100T
• Experience operating crane ->280T
