ACCIONA is seeking a Crane Coordinator/Supervisor to oversee all crane and lifting operations on the ANI enabling works at Osborne, SA. You will lead the team, deploy labour and equipment, and ensure safe, efficient delivery within project schedules on a major defence infrastructure site.

The role requires Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance eligibility; a current Australian driver’s license and Construction White Card are essential, with desirable HRW licences and CICA Lift

Project Information

ACCIONA is delivering enabling works for Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) at the Osborne Naval Shipyard in South Australia. The works support the future Submarine Construction Yard, one of Australia's largest defence projects. They include civil works such as drainage, excavation, pavements and concrete. This is a long-term project with a strong pipeline of future opportunities.

About the Opportunity

Due to Defence security requirements, applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

As Crane Coordinator/Supervisor, you will own the safe, efficient and compliant coordination of all crane and lifting operations on the ANI enabling works at Osborne. You will coordinate lift plans through approval and implementation, fit crane work into schedules and work fronts, and run daily pre-starts and toolbox talks. You will deploy labour, plant and equipment across your work areas, keep two-week look-ahead schedules, and lead and mentor your team. This role puts you at the centre of safe delivery on one of Australia's largest defence infrastructure projects.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Desirable: High Risk Work Licence (C0/C1), CICA Lift Supervisor Course
