Ultraceuticals is seeking a Casual Beauty Therapist for our Sydney City counter in David Jones, offering 15-25 hours per week. You will provide premium treatments, educate clients, and uphold Ultraceuticals service standards.

The role requires a Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma, a proactive, self-motivated attitude, and a confident, customer‑facing approach. Weekend, public holiday and late-night trade availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Beauty Therapy qualification required (Cert IV or Diploma).
• Experience in a department store environment preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and late nights.

Responsabilités

• Provide client advice, education and consultation on Ultraceuticals products.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with Ultraceuticals service model.
• Recommend suitable Ultraceuticals products and treatments to target client concerns and needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct Ultraceuticals treatments onsite.
• Be an exceptional Ultraceuticals Brand ambassador.
