Job summary

PKF Australia is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Supervisor or Manager to join our growing Perth team. You will advise on complex transactions, business structuring, and domestic and international tax matters while supporting client engagements and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CA/CPA qualification.
• Strong experience in corporate tax, ideally within public practice or professional services.
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Experience advising on complex transactions and business structuring.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Committed to delivering high-quality client service within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise optimal tax position for client on complex transactions.
• Provide verbal and written advice on tax related matters.
• Calculate tax obligations for different business structures including companies, trusts and partnership entities.
• Advise on tax reform and indirect taxes.
• Advise on international taxation transactions.
• Advise on the planning opportunities for various business transactions.
• Delivers division or firm-wide training when required.
• Assist in mentoring and coaching of junior staff and participate in the graduate program.
• Review junior employee’s job before submission and provide feedback if required.
• Build strong relationship with allocated clients and become their first point of contact.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Supervisor or Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide expert advice across complex transactions, business structuring, and domestic and international tax matters while supporting clients to meet their obligations effectively and efficiently. You will manage client engagements, build strong client relationships and contribute to the development of junior team members.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career or an established Manager seeking exposure to a diverse and complex client portfolio in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise optimal tax position for client on complex transactions
