Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney is seeking a finance professional to support a clean energy generation scale-up backed by a global group. You will ensure GL accuracy under AASB, support month-end and year-end closes, and prepare reconciliations while managing payables and receivables and assisting with statutory reporting, audit and treasury tasks.

Candidates should be CA/CPA with about 3 years in or with public practice exposure to capital-intensive sectors such as energy, utilities, infrastructure or

• Qualified or part-qualified CA/CPA with ca 3 years working experience.
• Experience in or with public practice clients in capital intensive industries such as energy, utilities, infrastructure or construction.
• Chartered firm experience is highly regarded.

My client is a clean energy generation scale up in Australia, backed by a global business with a strong track record of success overseas

This is a newly created and unique role as key support to the FC in building out financial processes to support continued growth of the platform in Aus as it sees through construction and into operation.

You will be responsible for accuracy of the GL (under AASB), supporting month-end and year-end close processes, preparing reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable activities, and assisting with statutory reporting, audit, tax and treasury requirements.

About you

Are a qualified or part qualified CA/CPA with c3 years working experience and have either worked in or have public practice clients in capital intensive industries such as energy, utilities, infrastructure or construction

Previous experience working in chartered will be highly regarded
