We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environmental initiatives across our ANZ operations.
Based in Sydney/Melbourne, in a hybrid working environment, this role is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about creating a strong safety culture, driving compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement within a collaborative and fast-paced professional services environment.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to support compliance, conduct assurance activities, manage fleet safety processes, and help foster a safety-first culture focused on operational excellence and continual improvement.
You will bring a strong understanding of HSW systems, excellent organisational capability, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse business environment.
