Job summary

Mansfield Shire Council is seeking an experienced and community-focused professional to join our team as Coordinator Building & Assets. Reporting to the Manager Field Services, this role is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and improvement of Council’s building and civil infrastructure assets.

This fixed term, part time role focuses on maintaining, renewing and enhancing assets to meet current and future community needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or infrastructure planning.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Strong community focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate building and civil infrastructure assets for the Council.
• Deliver projects and monitor renewal programs to meet community needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of asset management processes and plans.

Job description

Mansfield Shire Council is seeking an experienced and community-focused professional to join our team as Coordinator Building & Assets.

Reporting to the Manager Field Services, this pivotal role is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of Council’s building and civil infrastructure assets. The position plays a key role in ensuring Council’s assets are effectively maintained, renewed and enhanced to meet the current and future needs of the community.
