Job summary

Officeworks Busselton is seeking a Retail Department Leader to lead from the front, delivering outstanding customer experiences and guiding a team to go above and beyond. You’ll work with store leadership to energize the crew, mentor staff, and ensure a sharp, well-stocked store presentation that helps customers find exactly what they need.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and team, and lead with purpose to build a high-performing retail team

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retail leadership delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and team members.
• Experience mentoring and developing frontline staff to perform at a high level.

• Partner with the store leadership team to energize and motivate your crew. Help unlock their potential and drive performance by connecting daily actions to meaningful customer outcomes.
• Lead with purpose by mentoring and training your team. Share your knowledge, build their confidence, and guide them to become trusted retail rockstars who deliver real value to every customer.
• Keep the store looking sharp and well-stocked. Ensure every product is ready and available so customers can find exactly what they need, because the right solution starts with the right presentation.
