YOMG Coolangatta is seeking a casual Team Leader to help deliver warm, fast service and exceptional guest experiences on the Gold Coast. You will lead a small team during day, night, and weekend shifts, coach peers, and ensure smooth operations while upholding YOMG standards of hospitality and quality.
