Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Cook to join our team in Australia. You will be at the heart of our mission, preparing fresh Mexican dishes and delivering high-quality meals to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following the GYG recipe guide, working with fresh ingredients, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness. Training and support are provided to help you succeed and grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Follow GYG recipe guide to prepare dishes.
• Work with fresh ingredients to deliver quality meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cook at Guzman y Gomez following the brand recipes.
• Prepare and assemble ingredients to create Mexican dishes.
• Assist in kitchen during service and maintain quality.
