Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Cook to play a central role in our kitchen, preparing fresh Mexican dishes and upholding high standards for taste and presentation. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced team, using fresh ingredients to deliver meals for our guests across service periods.

Experience isn’t mandatory, we value a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability. Training, uniform, and staff meals are among the benefits in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• The Cook prepares fresh, delicious food and supports restaurant operations.
• You will help weigh and prepare ingredients with attention to quality and flavour.

Job Description

The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.
