Chargrill Charlie’s is seeking restaurant cooks to contribute to our iconic brand by ensuring product quality and consistency. You will support the Kitchen Manager, lead by example in store maintenance, and uphold OH&S compliance while helping manage stock levels to maximise profitability.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen, be accountable, calm under pressure, and capable of working well with team members and customers in a busy hospitality environment.

As one of our cooks, you will contribute to Chargrill Charlie's stellar reputation by ensuring product quality and consistency. You will provide support to the Kitchen Manager and lead by example in terms of store maintenance, policy and OH&S compliance, and will play a significant role in controlling stock levels. All together, your hard work in this role will help to maximise profitability and ensure the restaurant is exceeding customer expectations.
