Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is hiring a Cook to help us serve authentic Mexican flavors. Following the GYG recipe guide, you will work with fresh ingredients to create quality meals for our guests.

We are particularly looking for cooks with availability Wednesday to Friday, and a friendly team environment with training and support, flexible rosters, and care for your well-being.

Join our Hola Central team or explore progression to management; Sonder EAP is available to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following the GYG recipe guide.
• Use fresh ingredients to craft quality Mexican dishes.
