Job summary

JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is offering an entry-level Apprenticeship Chef program in Australia. You will rotate through multiple kitchen sections, assist with food preparation, and help maintain the highest standards under guidance from our chefs.

This 18–24 month program starts February 2, 2026. You will gain real hands-on experience delivering exceptional dining experiences, with full-time hours, strong teamwork, and training delivered in hotel kitchens across Marriott properties.
