We are looking for reliable and experienced Cook/All Rounder for our small family run Italian restaurant!

Ruffino’s on Beaufort is a warm and contemporary Italian restaurant known for fresh, home‑style dishes and woodfired pizza. We take pride in serving delicious, well‑prepared food paired with genuine, attentive service. We're a small, non‑licensed venue offering dine‑in and takeaway, we value teamwork, consistency, and a positive experience for our customers.

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Cook/All Rounder to join our team. In this role, you’ll take charge of day‑to‑day kitchen operations, preparing high‑quality meals efficiently, staying organised, and keeping wastage to a minimum.

Your primary focus will be delivering our home-style pasta menu, sides, and salads with consistency and care. You’ll also be required to support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks as part of the role. You should feel confident running a busy kitchen on your own, while also communicating clearly with the team to ensure smooth, coordinated service.

We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in both running a kitchen and customer service. A friendly attitude, respect for others, and a commitment to contributing to a positive workplace culture are essential. You should be able to follow operational and work health and safety procedures, support your teammates, and take pride in every dish served whilst maintaining a clean, well‑organised workspace.

We have one casual position available offering approximately 20 hours per week, for immediate start.

Applicants must be available for dinner service, from 4:30pm Tuesday to Saturday.
