LagardèreAWPL is hiring for casual cooks at Karratha Airport. You will join our kitchen team preparing meals, following recipes, and upholding food hygiene standards to ensure fast, quality service for travellers.

Ideal candidates have experience in busy kitchens, can work independently or with a team, and hold a current food safety certificate. Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends).
• Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
• Confident working independently and as part of a wider team.

The Role:

The Bar at Karratha Airport offers tap and bottled beers, packaged spirits, hot snacks, burgers, and light meals. Coffee-style food, including breakfast items, sandwiches and other grab-and-go offerings keeps customers satisfied for their journey!

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Cooks to join our team in a Casual capacity at Karratha Airport. As a Kitchen Cook, you’ll be an essential part of our culinary team, preparing high-quality meals that delight our customers. You’ll follow recipes, maintain food hygiene standards, and ensure every dish is prepared efficiently and consistently.

What You’ll Do:
