The Firm

The Role

The Conveyancer or Property Paralegal works autonomously on a variety of matters across multiple jurisdictions including residential, commercial, high‑end developments and off the plan.

This role is open to candidates from all states, with flexible working arrangements available to support remote or hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of conveyancing matters from open to completion
• Review and prepare Contracts of Sale, and submit all necessary documents
• Attend to all settlement completion processes
• Maintain and oversee organisation of matters to ensure smooth transaction processes

About you

• Proven experience as a Conveyancer or Property Paralegal
• Familiarity with PEXA, triConvey desirable
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to remain calm in fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities
• A people‑person who can adapt to a collaborative national team
