Job summary

SGC Australia Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to deliver automation solutions across the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through to commissioning and ongoing support. You'll have the opportunity to work on major mining, renewables, infrastructure and industrial projects with international exposure.

You will apply PLC/SCADA expertise, support FAT/SAT and site start-up, and collaborate with clients to improve safety, reliability and operational

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC and SCADA systems for industrial automation.
• Design and commission control systems across project lifecycles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work both in office engineering environments and现场rm site environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial control systems.
• PLC and SCADA programming, configuration, and testing.
• Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and documentation.
• Perform FAT and SAT testing.
• Site commissioning and start-up support.
• Fault finding, optimisation and system improvements.
• Engage with clients and provide technical support throughout project delivery.
