Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration or estimating within the commercial construction industry
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar fields
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
  • Ability to manage risks and resolve issues promptly
