Job summary

Talent is seeking a hands-on software engineer to work across Golang, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes and modern DevOps tooling in a 12-month contract.

You will develop cloud infrastructure with Terraform, build containerised apps, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with QA and project teams.

The role requires Australian citizenship with baseline clearance; NV1 desirable, and you will influence across APIs, frontend, backend, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Hands-on with containerized apps and Kubernetes
• Proficient in IaC with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of DevOps tooling and version control systems
• Knowledge of accessible and secure software delivery practices (WCAG/security)

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
• Build containerized applications for Kubernetes with Docker and Helm
• Develop accessible applications using React and TypeScript
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and work with QA to embed testing early in development
