Job summary

Marlow Recruitment is seeking an IT Manager for Melbourne, VIC, on a fixed-term contract with an immediate start. The role combines hands-on IT leadership with Salesforce administration, Microsoft 365 management, and website/cms oversight to ensure continuity across the organisation.

You will run the IT network, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, backups and business continuity, while engaging stakeholders including the CEO, staff and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong IT and systems management experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365/SharePoint/cloud infrastructure skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on IT support from strategic planning to day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Ability to ramp into an existing environment quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT network, cloud systems and core infrastructure.
• Manage cybersecurity, backups and business continuity.
• Act as Salesforce Administrator (reports, dashboards, workflows) and oversee Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Oversee website/CMS and vendor management; be the first IT contact for queries.
